| Karen and Gene returned to Arizona in March. Portal is on the east side of the Chiracahua Mts and a world class birding and astronomy site. Lucked into renting a furnished home in the Astronomy Village there with room for family, telescopes, internet, and facilities. The astro viewing conditions were disappointing (weather mostly), but the birding is great! Nice hikes up Cave Creek and a visit to the Chiracauhua Natl Monument. |

We were blessed to be able to bring along Peter, Soyeon, and grandchildren Luna and Joe. Peter recently left Korea and the Army. Greatly enjoyed spending the time with them. |
